Free Shipping:
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $150 or more (before tax and after discounts) within the United States.

Processing & Shipping Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery time may vary based on the carrier and your location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days. Select high-demand or limited items—including select sale pieces—may be offered as pre-orders and will ship as soon as they become available.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Responsibility Disclaimer:
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. While we take great care in preparing and dispatching each order, we are unable to assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the carrier’s possession. Any delivery-related issues that arise after shipment should be addressed directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

If your package appears to be delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for further assistance, as they are best equipped to investigate and resolve these matters. Should you need support locating your tracking details or initiating a claim, our team is happy to assist by providing the necessary information to help guide you through the process. Please note that sale purchases are considered final.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We strive to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible to ensure your experience with us is seamless.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information provided. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow some time for processing once the return has been received, as this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds. However, in certain circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Important Notes:

We are unable to accept returns submitted outside of the 7-day window. Additionally, items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or store credit. To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back.
